One senior operator.
Every strategy, every week.
I'm Casper, the founder of SEO.Fruit. I run a small, senior practice for Malaysian SMEs who are tired of template work, vanity dashboards, and paying agency overhead for junior execution. Here's how I work and what I believe about SEO.
I kept meeting SMEs who'd been burned by SEO, and it bothered me.
I've spent years doing SEO work across different industries in Malaysia. Interiors, beauty tech, ecommerce, pet retail, professional services. The pattern was almost always the same. A business owner shows me their old reports, and what I see is a dashboard full of charts going up, keywords that nobody was actually searching for, and money pages that had been ignored for months.
The owner usually isn't upset. They're confused. Someone took their money for a year and told them it was working, and they don't quite know how to argue with it. That's the part that bothered me. Not the bad work. The fact that the bad work was dressed up well enough to pass.
SEO.Fruit is my answer to that. One senior operator, clean monthly reports, money-page focused work, and a strategy you can actually understand. No junior staff on your account. No outsourced content mills. No dashboards designed to obscure the fact that nothing moved.
If I take your account, I am the person writing your content, fixing your site, reading your Search Console, and sitting on your strategy calls. There is no layer in between.
Five things I will not compromise on.
These are the rules I run my practice by. They're the reason clients hire me, and they're the reason I sometimes tell a prospect SEO is not the right move for them right now.
People first, then search engines.
Every page I write is for a real person deciding whether to buy from you. Google has been rewarding that for years. Keyword-stuffed template content is a short-term trick that ages badly and hurts your brand in the process.
Money pages before blog posts.
The pages that close deals get fixed first. Service pages, product categories, booking pages. Blog content exists to feed internal links back to those money pages, not to chase vanity keywords nobody searches for.
Reports that tell the full picture.
Every monthly report I send shows what moved, what stalled, and what we're doing about it. Three working days before our call. No jargon, no cherry-picked metrics. If a month was slow, I say so.
A small roster, on purpose.
I take on a small number of clients at a time. That's why I can do senior work at solo pricing. When I'm full, I'll tell you and refer you out rather than overbook and deliver average work under the SEO.Fruit name.
No ranking guarantees. Ever.
Nobody serious guarantees rankings in 2026, especially with AI reshaping how search works. What I commit to is senior work every month, strategy that keeps up with how Google and AI search are evolving, and honest reporting. If another agency is promising you #1 in three months, walk away. That's exactly the trap SEO.Fruit was built to fix.
Numbers from clients who trusted me with their money pages.
Impression growth for PetsCrazy inside one engagement, from a barely-indexed site to multiple Page 1 rankings.
BeHairppy ranks first on Google Malaysia for its core target keywords in both English and Chinese.
Walton Interiors reached top 3 for its core specification-intent terms within 4 months of strategy work.
Minimum engagement. SEO needs runway, and I only take on work I can actually prove is moving.
Tools, focus areas, and the stack behind the work.
Senior operators don't need twenty tools. They need the right ones, used properly, and the judgment to know what matters in a given month.
